Group Exercise Classes
VWC offers a variety of programs and classes to help members achieve their fitness goals. Our group exercise classes offer a community feel and great fitness options that are included in your membership.
MOTIVATION. ACCOUNTABILITY. ENCOURAGEMENT
Our trainers must hold one of the four top nationally accredited personal training certifications, have two+ years of experience and/or a college degree. They must also be CPR and First Aid Certified.
