This super-fast HIIT (high intensity interval training) will kick your fitness program into high gear! Experience this incredible interval conditioning utilizing low weight, high rep workouts including full body and finishing with core
BOOT-TENSITY
An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
FULL BODY BURN
Full Body Burn is a challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, tubes, exercise balls, dyna-discs, & body bars as resistance tools. Exercises will be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. Be prepared to work all your muscles!
BUNS, GUNS, N’ GUTS
This class is everything legs, arms and core focused. Train and tighten these regions with this toning class. Your workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights and body resistance.
SWEAT N’ SCULPT
Sculpt and tone your total body while working on your cardiovascular system. This class is an introductory training, focusing on low impact, light weight training to achieve high results
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Gentle Flow is the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations
VINYASA YOGA
This type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This practice is great for beginners and those who are practiced in yoga. Modifications will be offered
CANDLELIGHT YOGA
Indulge in the ultimate yoga experience combining soft music and candlelight to soothe the soul as you slowly glide through various yoga postures. Ease physical, emotional and mental tension moving toward your most peaceful version of self. All levels welcome.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Suitable for all levels. Restorative yoga uses a series of easy, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation. Emphasis on complete muscular relaxation and comfort are emphasized to achieve a quiet state of mind and body.
MAT PILATES
This popular mat workout developed by Joseph Pilates concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance without adding bulk. If you are looking for that long, lean dancer body, this is the class for you! This class is for all levels
TAI CHI
Tai Chi focuses on basic warm ups and the short form. The first form can be broken down into 10 opponents. This class is very detailed and technical. A typical class consist of warm ups, followed by group/individual instruction of the form, individual practice, followed by group practice.
S.M.A.S.H (Senior, Mobility, Agility, Strength, Health)
This class covers it all! Balanced full body workouts for seniors of all fitness levels. The class focuses on injury prevention and strengthening the key joints of your body.
BARRE FUSION
Barre fusion fuses the disciplines of core and strength conditioning, pilates, yoga and ballet. you get a total body and comprehensive workout as you lift, tone, and sculpt your muscles through isometric holds and isolated movements and focus on proper alignment/form, flexibility and posture. our teachers will target each of your muscle groups to the point of exhaustion
CORE BLAST
Come join us for this popular strength workout. This class consists of various exercises designed to strengthen the core to aid in posture and increase muscular strength and endurance. This class is an all inclusive, dynamic, and multifaceted course designed to improve your overall fitness level; including strength and flexibility. More than another ‘ab workout,’ Core-Strong is about training the abs, AND your back, AND hips and glutes; covering the 28 muscles of the core and then some.
POUND
