Robert Comins, EP-C, Group Fitness Instructor
Robert grew up in Bethlehem, Pa. He has been studying Martial Arts for 24 years. He started his studies doing Shorin No Tora Karate in the Lehigh Valley. He joined the Air Force in 1998 which took him all around the world. He studied Kenpo, Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and Aikido on the west coast. He has also studied Krav Maga in Italy and Hapkido in South Korea. He instructed Hapkido in Japan for 2 years. He teaches all ages currently.
His youngest student is 7 and his oldest students are in their 80’s. Robert retired from the Air Force in July of 2014, where he was a physical training leader for 7 years. He also coached track at Liberty High School for 4 years. He holds college degrees in Applied Science, Culinary Arts and Exercise Science. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist. His certification is through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Robert is also CPR, AED and first aid certified. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido, 2nd degree black belt in Kuk Sool Hapkido, 1st degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and instructors levels in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
Nicholas Rodriguez, CPT
Nick Rodriguez grew up in Bethlehem, PA and has been active for much of his life. He has a MS in Sports Science, is NASM-CPT certified, and is kettlebell certified. He takes a strong interest in his client’s goals. Whether it was playing manhunt, track and field, handball, basketball, or football – he is always trying to get some movement in his day.
His philosophy is geared towards building the body foundationally, and then increasing strength. He has experience with group fitness classes, small group training, weight loss clients, strength gaining clients, and youth sports. He has worked with individual all across the age spectrum – from 8 years old to 82 years old. He has a passion for educating his clients, helping them move properly (without pain), change habits, and achieve their goals. By using personalized programs, and a variety of training methods, the client’s workouts are always taking the client to their end goal.
Kevin Schlosser, CPT
Kevin started weight training in 2016 and has had a passion for fitness ever since. In 2018 he started studying through National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a certified personal trainer, and has been personal training for over 2 years.
Kevin’s goal is to help others who want to make a positive transformation to their lives. He believes that if you change your nutrition and workout habits you will enhance your physical and mental well-being. He has worked with a diverse population to help clients with overcoming injuries, weight-loss, athletic performance, mobility, balance, and muscle development. He knows that each person has a different goal and is unique in their own way and that’s why each exercise program is tailored to the individual.
In addition to fitness Kevin enjoys hiking, biking, and playing music with his band. He’s been playing drums for over 12 years.
