Dan Sergeyev

Dan is a certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for weight lifting and all things exercise. I received my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and am CPR/AED certified. While I obtained my degree in Biochemistry, fitness has always been a top priority in my life, and I am excited to share this enthusiasm with my clients. As a former football player and wrestler Dan is well versed in the principles of both mass gain and reduction. Dan believes that through hard work and dedication all things are possible.

Originally from Viernheim, Germany, I moved to Chalfont, PA and began my lifting experience at age 14 going to the gym with my grandfather. This early exposure piqued my interest in fitness, and carried on throughout my athletic career. Besides my enthusiasm for the gym, I enjoy spending my free time with my wife, dog and two cats in Center Valley, PA.

Diane Rey

I am a certified group fitness instructor and love working one-on-one with clients. I enjoy all aspects of fitness and have experience in personal training, small group training, HIIT training, and barre. My favorite past times include hiking, biking, running and anything that involves the outdoors. As a mother of three, I understand how busy life can become and my services can offer tips and tricks to help you manage your busy schedules and help you achieve your fitness goals.

I started getting serious about health and wellness in 2011, right after my first daughter was born. I quickly learned that taking time for yourself, to strengthen your body and nourish your mind, helps take better care of the people around you. I started training at a local gym with the guidance of a personal trainer and quickly became hooked. I then set out on my own journey and started training friends and family, and eventually found my way to making a career out of my love of health and fitness.

I truly love what I do and I hope to help all my clients find a balance between work life, family life, and taking care of oneself.

Justin Huleatt

After graduating from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY with honors, Justin has worked alongside New Jersey and New York City’s best chefs and restaurants as an executive pastry chef. After 12 years working in the hospitality industry, Justin found a new calling in the health and fitness industry. Justin furthered his education by becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine accredited by the NCCA.

After having back pain of his own due to a car accident and seeing a chiropractor for a couple years, he decided to have a personal trainer of his own for 3 years to get him back into shape and to become stronger. As a result, his back pain was no more and never had to go back to the chiropractor again. After this experience, Justin wanted to help others who had similar circumstances, needing guidance in the gym, motivating and supporting those around him to achieve their own fitness goals.

Justin’s training style is to build a strong foundation through stabilization, functionality, activities of daily living, and taking clients through a scientific model of the optimum performance training model. The OPT model, builds a client up through five progressive phases: stabilization, strength endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength and developing power. Justin trains his clients as a coach, mentor, teacher, and a motivator pushing those who need someone else in their court to support them. Some of his favorite training modalities to use are TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, and Calisthenics.
