Robert Comins, CPT, Group Fitness Instructor

Robert grew up in Bethlehem, Pa. He has been studying Martial Arts for 24 years. He started his studies doing Shorin No Tora Karate in the Lehigh Valley. He joined the Air Force in 1998 which took him all around the world. He studied Kenpo, Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and Aikido on the west coast. He has also studied Krav Maga in Italy and Hapkido in South Korea. He instructed Hapkido in Japan for 2 years. He teaches all ages currently.

His youngest student is 7 and his oldest students are in their 80’s. Robert retired from the Air Force in July of 2014, where he was a physical training leader for 7 years. He also coached track at Liberty High School for 4 years. He holds college degrees in Applied Science, Culinary Arts and Exercise Science. He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist. His certification is through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Robert is also CPR, AED and first aid certified. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido, 2nd degree black belt in Kuk Sool Hapkido, 1st degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and instructors levels in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.

Kaitlyn Fritz, CPT, Group Fitness Instructor

Kaitlyn Fritz is a senior business management major at Moravian College, graduating in Spring 2021. She currently holds a barre, group fitness, and personal training certification through ASFA. She teaches; barre, core blast, burn 30, and children’s ballet. She also loves to substitute classes that get her out of her non-existent comfort zone, so you may see her teaching yoga one day too! She has a background in classical ballet. She studied with a vast array of companies from Florida to New York including; Northwest Florida Ballet, The Rock School of Dance, Gelsey Kirkland, Joffrey Ballet, Steps on Broadway, Rocket School, Ballet Guild, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Burklyn Ballet, and has studied abroad in Scotland for annual Fringe Festival. In addition she also has a background in; modeling, musical theatre, television, broadcast journalism, and pageants. She aspires to get her MBA and juxtapose bother her education in business and love for health and wellness. 

Jacy Rader, CPT

Jacy has been apart of many different sport teams including: all-star cheerleading, cross country, & the marine corps fitness team. She currently holds a personal training & sports nutrition certification through the international sports science association (ISSA). Jacy has been sharing her fitness journey for about 4 years now on social media. She’s very passionate about inspiring and motivating others towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. In addition to fitness, Jacy has a huge passion for videography/photography, fashion, & beauty. She aspires to help as many people alongside their fitness journey to turn their goals into accomplishments.
