Camp Policies & Safety

The safety and well-being of our campers is our top priority. Please review the following policies:

Sign-In / Sign-Out: All campers must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized guardian each day.

Health & Medication: If your child requires medication during camp hours or carries emergency medication (such as an inhaler or EpiPen), it must be provided in its original packaging with clear instructions. Please notify camp staff at drop-off.

Sun & Heat Safety: Campers should arrive with sunscreen already applied. Staff will provide reminders for reapplication throughout the day.

Hydration: Please send your child with a labeled reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Behavior Expectations: Campers are expected to treat others with respect and kindness and follow staff instructions to help maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel participation in a camp only by submitting a written cancellation request to VWC. (info@valleywellnesscenter.co)

If we receive your written cancellation request 14 days or more before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund of all paid camp fees within 30 days of the scheduled camp date.
