How it works
- This 6-week program will run January 11 – February 20, and will kick off with official body measurements taken by a member of VWC’s personal training staff.
- Receive two visits with Valley Wellness Center’s Registered Dietitian, Kelley Monahan, MS, RD, LDN, CHWC
- Receive 3 visits with a Certified Personal Trainer
- Weekly weigh ins with a CPT
- Participants must visit the club at least 3x per week
- Participants must attend at least 2 VWC group fitness classes per week
- Participants must record daily meals in a log and post photos in a private Facebook group
- Participants will receive a personal training booklet to keep track of weekly workouts and meals
If participant loses 25 lbs or more OR 6% body fat or more, they get their money back!!
If participant loses more than 10 lbs but less than 25 lbs OR or than 4 % body fat they get a free month gym membership!!
