Two meetings with our Registered Dietitian, Kelley Monahan. One Initial consult and one session half way through the challenge
Two 30-minute personal training sessions
A personal training booklet to log all meals and workouts
Post all meals into a private Facebook page for motivation
If participant loses 25 lbs or more OR 6% body fat or more, they get their money back!!
If participant loses more than 10 lbs but less than 25 lbs OR or than 4 % body fat they get a free month gym membership!!
