swimming start jan triJoin us for our last indoor triathlon of the 2018-2019 winter season.  This event is a great venue for beginners and experienced athletes as well.  After swimming 10 minutes in our indoor 25 yard lap pool athletes will have 7 minutes to transition over to the spin studio to begin their 30 minute stationary spin bike effort.  They will then have 3  minutes to proceed to the fitness area and run/walk for 20 minutes on our treadmills.  Enjoy our club for the day of the event and light refreshments will be served after the event in our Turf room.  Awards will follow the race in our Turf room.  Indoor Tri Info 3.16.19
